The best way to see what Coach's Eye is all about is probably to watch an example video (like, say, this one). Coach's Eye is an impressive telestrator/video recording app. Use it to record a video (or use one already on your iPhone's camera reel), and then re-record over it to add audio commentary, lines, boxes, or circles on the screen. You can even rewind or play the original video in slow motion while you're talking and drawing. There's probably some hardcore video coding going on here, but somehow it all works out just fine. You can share the annotated video via text, email, YouTube or just save it to your iPhone's Camera Roll. Additionally, the interface is done quite well, with nice big custom buttons and screens that make it easy to see where you are and what you're doing. The only issue I had with it was that rewinding

Love the idea. Used it today filming my sons swing. Needs to work on the autofocus and adding more features (free hand drawing instead of lines, circles and squares). I would like to see the ability to load previous videos already recorded with the iPhone.

This app is really great. Being able to show a child/student what they are doing right instead of just telling them will be very helpful. Although It needs more drawing tools. I can see the use of an arrow, a line that follows my finger and an X; would be big bonuses in this app.

They should be asking no less than $9.99 for this app as it stands. Thank you very kindly for allowing me to drop in on this launch sale for next to nothing. This app allows you to render an evaluation in real time w/ audio, and overlays. The overlays are not stuck on the vid for the entire render, rather you just need to hit the clear button on the lower right of screen. I worked with software that wanted more than $1000, and needed a $3000 machine to operate. It was not nearly as user friendly, and did not offer me as much.Seriously, this was a no brainer (actually I almost didn't believe it would be this great, and just about missed it)Don't make the mistake of missing out on this, just grab it while it's a $.99 give-away!

Coach's Eye is a great app because it lets you slow a video down, scrub it back and forth, mark it up, record feedback, and then share it. You can do this in real time while the athlete is training. This is SO much better than just recording a video and hoping the athlete sees what you see. If you're a parent like I am, this is a slam dunk. Get it.

As a personal trainer, I spend 1 hour with a client and they spend 167 hours of the week doing something else. Clients often forget their program or have trouble with proper form. Coach's eye allows me to record, edit for form, and cue them through the exercise when I'm not there! It's simple to use and is easily texted or emailed to the client. I'm a huge fan!
